James brings 20 years of diverse experience across the UK military, entrepreneurship, and senior corporate roles. His unique perspective has helped organisations and leaders across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East. He has worked with FTSE and Fortune firms, founder-led businesses, and PE-backed companies across sectors such as technology, finance, real estate, insurance, manufacturing, and the public sector.
